I woke up one morning with severe neck pain that began to travel to my left shoulder. I tried everything to calm it, ice, meds, stretching. Nothing worked. The pain was so bad that I couldn't even sit to work on the computer. I finally got in to see Dr. Richter. I was evaluated thoroughly and shown where my problem was. Since starting treatments, not only do I feel a thousand times better, but I can turn my head much more than before and without pain!! The adjustments feel tailored to whatever I'm feeling, and the rest of the services, such as the massage roller table, the neck decompression, and the stimulation, help me feel amazing!! I'm glad I found this place.

I had neck surgery over 8 years ago and I NEVER let any Dr adjust my neck. Within 1 visit I felt 100% comfortable with Dr. Ron adjusting it. I haven't been able to move my neck around without hearing all the crunching and had limited movement since my surgery. I can honestly say my neck movement is improving after every adjustment and the crunching sound is gone. Oh and the staff, they are the nicest people you will ever meet. You are greeted by name, they take you back right away, and everyone is happy there.

I love this place. You walk in, and they greet you by name. The doc is super friendly, and his staff are all super nice with smiles on their faces. I went in with a bad pinch in my neck, but after a few visits, he got me feeling the best I have in years. Still going in monthly for maintenance purposes.

The staff is excellent, and the doctor is understanding and knowledgeable. He has a cheerful face and positive energy, and the entire team has wonderful positive energy. I was suffering from terrible neck pain, and they helped alleviate it. I'm still continuing my treatment with them.

Doctor Richter and his team are always very professional and courteous. I appreciate the friendly environment and quick service and treatment. I had an x-ray assessment when I first went in, which followed with a thorough consultation, and they provided me a cervical roller and sent me exercises I can do to go with my treatment package, as well as electro shock therapies. I'm only about half way through and my back and neck pain has relieved a lot!

Dr. Richter and everyone in his office are so kind and welcoming. Scheduling appointments is super easy, and they have so many helpful therapies available.
